YGM high pressure raymond grinding mill is mainly composed of main machine, fineness analyzer, blower, finished product cyclone powder accumulator, bag dust collector and connecting air duct. In addition, according to user needs, it can also be equipped with auxiliary equipment such as crusher, elevator, storage bin, electromagnetic vibrating feeder and electrical control cabinet.
Working Principle for YGM Raymond Grinding Mill:
The working principle of YGM high-pressure Raymond grinding mill is based on high-pressure medium-speed grinding technology. The main machine has a high-pressure spring fastened on the grinding roller hanger, and its pressure can reach 1000-1500 kg. When working, the grinding roller rotates around the main shaft, and rolls close to the grinding ring under the action of the high-pressure spring and centrifugal force, forming a strong grinding force.
After the material to be ground enters the grinding chamber, it is scooped up by the shovel and sent to the grinding roller and grinding ring for grinding. The crushed powder is brought into the analyzer for sorting with the circulating air of the fan. Qualified fine powder flows into the cyclone powder collector with the air to become the finished product, and the large particles fall back to be ground again. The circulating air returns to the fan to repeat the above process, and the remaining air enters the bag dust collector for purification.
