Product Description

The energy saving ball mill we produce is different from the original ball mills, we make the body and chassis integration which makes it easy to place the machine on the ground. Ball mill is widely used in cement, silicate products, new building materials, refractory materials, fertilizer, ferrous and nonferrous metal mineral as well as glass ceramics and other production industries of all kinds of ores and other grindable materials which could be dry or wet grinding. Compared to the traditional ball mill, the energy saving ball mill can reduce the consumption by 30%, and the motor power by 18%-25%. It can save lubricating oil about 70% and the production capacity can be increased by 15%-20%. Under
 normal circumstances, users have no need to change the main bearing within 10 years.

 Ball Mill Working Principle : 
The ball mill is a horizontal rotating device transmitted by the outer gear. The materials are transferred to the grinding chamber through the quill 
shaft uniformly. There are ladder liner and ripple liner and different specifications of steel balls in the chamber. The centrifugal force caused by 
rotation of barrel brings the steel balls to a certain height and impact and grind the materials. The ground materials are discharged through the 
discharging board thus the grinding process is finished.
