Grinding mill for superfine ground granulated slagWith the development of high-tech industry, micro powder is widely applied in various fields, and the demand for micro powder is ever-increasing. Daily used soaps, toothpastes, cosmetics, plastic films, PVC, rubbers, glass, fire retardants, high hardness grinding materials, building materials, chemicals, etc are closely related with micro powder.
The Dingbo three-ring  micropower mill is for super-fine grinding materials with hardness less than 6 in Moh's scal and humidity less than 6% such as  kaolins, limestones, calcite, marbles, barites, gypsums, pyrophyllites, dolomites, calcium carbonates, pigments, clays, coals, activated carbons, feldspar, talcs, mica, carbon black, petroleum coke, alumina, chromic oxide, quartz, cements, up to 100 materials.The fineness of superfine ground granulated slag can be controlled between 325~2500 mesh /47-5 micron.

The roller and ring are made of special material, which improve the grinding efficiency a lot. Especially when handling calcium carbonate and calcite, the lifetime can reach 2-5 years.

There are no rolling bearings and bolts in grinding cavity, so problems caused by bolts shedding or wear of bearings and seal components will never happen.

The product fineness can reach D97≤ 5μ m.
