Product Description

impact crusher is optimized and widely applied in the first and secondary crushing. It can crush material like granite, basalt, bluestone, etc the longest side of which is less than 500mm, and anti-pressure strength is not more than 320Mpa, and the final product is ideal device for aggregation used in highway and railway surface as well as water and electricity industry. This series of product is a Three cavity crusher with three-level impact plates. The impact plate of rear chamber plays a role in reeling. The  impact crusher machine can handle materials with a side length below 100-800mm. The rotor components are elaborated, the dynamic and static balance of rotor is good, and the machine can be in smooth operation with low noise.

Working Principle of PF Impact Crusher?
Impact crusher crushing material s with impact force. When materials enter, crushed due to the high-speed impact of the blow bar and are thrown to the impact plates on the rotor for secondary crush. Then materials will be shot back to the blow bar again for the third crush. Process repeats until the materials are crushed to the required size and discharged from the lower part of the machine. Size and shape of the finished powder can be changed by adjusting the gap between the impact rack and rotor support. Impact crusher employs self-weigh security device in its back frame. When other objects enter the impact cavity, they will be forced out of the machine by the impact rack in the front and back of the machine.
