Product Description

VSI-7611 crusher (the latest vertical shaft impact crusher improved from VSI crusher) is necessary crushing equipment used in manufactured sand production line, sand & gravel production plant etc. It is widely used for manufactured sand or artificial sand production. Also, it is the mainstream truing machine for mining and construction industries.
Working principle:
Stone is crushed by hitting other stones. Material falls down to impellor cavity. Under great centrifugal force, it hits material that coming downwards. After hitting each other, they force a vortex between impellor and shell, and hit each other several tomes; Finally smaller stone comes out, and goes to vibrating screen. Satisfactory material is transported to sand washing machine; However overlarge material will go back to sand maker to be recrushed. Output sizes can be made accoding to customers requirement. If input size is largeer than the designed size, other crushing equipment will be necessary.

6.Thinning oil lubricant and automatic maintenance-The original German thinning oil lubricant station, double-pump injection system guarantees the oil supply.The rock sand making machine will stop automatically when there is no oil and pressure. Water cools the oil and electric motor is heated in winter.
