Nelson concentrator
Knelson concent rators are efficient centrifugal concentrators. It is suitable for the recovery of precious metals such as gold, silver and platinum from ore and other solid materials and has been successfully used in the selection of other heavy minerals. The practice shows that it has become the reprocessing equipment used by many new and rebuilt gold and non-ferrous metal concentrators with precious metals. As one of the main ore dressing methods, gravity ore dressing has the characteristics of no environmental pollution and wide potential application. However, in the past quite a long period of time, as mineral resources become more difficult to choose, it is generally believed that their technological development space and application scope have been very limited. The high times of "enhanced gravity" produced by centrifugal action provides the theoretical possibility for further development of gravity concentration. The emergence of various centrifugal concentrators is based on this. However, the material separation bed layer is quickly crushed and the lack of sufficient effective separation time has been the biggest drawback of this kind of equipment.
Mr. Byron Knelson succeeded in solving this problem by inventing the nelson concentrator, named after his last name. It has been proved that it can be well applied to the selection of precious metals and many other minerals, and has been widely recognized and adopted worldwide. Nelson concentrator water jacket centrifuge in using the traditional processing principle of centrifugal separator, and a distinctive recoil pressure within the mineral components of surface water, in order to overcome the traditional centrifugal separator in ore dressing process, because the seam harden, resulting in a decline in ore dressing recovery rate of defects. This new feature is achieved by adding a water jacket to the centrifuge in a special way.
The ore dressing test proved that the selected heavy ore with particle size less than 4mm was tin ore, lead ore, stibnite, silver ore, gold ore and other heavy ore, and the recovery rate of heavy ore could reach more than 90%. Heavy ores with particle size less than 2.5mm were selected, and the recovery rate of heavy ores reached over 92%.
Working principle:
Water jacket type centrifugal concentrator is composed of feeding pipe, machine frame, tailings trough, driving motor, shaft and ore dressing parts.

Working Principle
Gold Centrifugal Concentrator is composed by the pipe, track, tailing tank.drive motor,vertical axis and mineral processing componentswith other components .The ore-forming parts are divided into inner and outer layers.the inner layer is a conical cone made of stainlesssteel and has many small holes with the a ring grid . the outer layer made of ordinary steel form a closed water jacket with the inner.
The transmission shaft is a hollow, the pressure water is transported to the closed jacket though the hollow shaft. The water jet is continuouslyinjected from the inner hole to form the reverse flushing water, and the reverse flushing pressure position is arranged in the sortingprocess. 0.03-0.06MPa
