Product Description

The sand making machine integrates three crushing modes, and can continuously work for 720 hours. Higher crushing chamber, greater crushing impact. VSI Sand Making Machine is usually used to in the manufatured sand plant, and also as for the products shaping machine. Interchangeable crushing chambers and variable speed rotor allow for changes in material type and product specifications. Advanced double-pump oil lubrication system of VSI Sand Making Machine guarantees shaft bearing to lower temperature increase. Special anti-dust design for main shaft bearings can avoid dust entering bearing lubrication part, which make the Sand Making Machine work normally.

Working principle:
Stone is crushed by hitting other stones. Material falls down to impellor cavity. Under great centrifugal force, it hits material that coming downwards. After hitting each other, they force a vortex between impellor and shell, and hit each other several tomes; Finally smaller stone comes out, and goes to vibrating screen. Satisfactory material is transported to sand washing machine; However overlarge material will go back to sand maker to be recrushed. Output sizes can be made accoding to customers requirement. If input size is largeer than the designed size, other crushing equipment will be necessary.
