Mineral Sand Maker Vertical Shaft Sand Crusher

The sand making machine integrates three crushing modes, and can continuously work for 720 hours. Higher crushing chamber, greater crushing impact. During the parts and material procurement, production and processing, the quality is strictly controlled. Wearing parts is optimally allocated for longer service life.

Hydraulic autonomous system: Convenient maintenance, high performance, low failure rate. The whole frame adopts elastic reinforcement technology, elimimating the problems like easy fracture of motor frame.

Working Principle:
Stone is crushed by hitting other stones. Material falls down to impellor cavity. Under great centrifugal force, it hits material that coming downwords. After hitting each other, they force a vortex between impellor and shell, and hit each other several times, finally smaller stone comes out, and goes to vibrating screen.

Satisfactory material is transported to sand washing machine, however overlarge material will go back to sand maker to be recrushed. Output sizes can be made according to customer requirment. If input size is larger than the designed size, other crushing equipment will be necessary.
