Raymond Mill  is a series of powder maker equipment, which is suitable for the small
and middle mine, chemical industry, building materials, metallurgy, refractory, cement industry
etc. Raymond Mill is new equipment instead of the ball mill in dealing with the industrial
powder.

1. Higher output. Its output increases by 10%-20% comparing with Raymond mill under the same power condition.
2. Larger range of final fineness. Size of final product can be 0.613mm (30mesh) -0.033mm (425mesh). Some can reach the fineness of 0.013mm (1000 mesh).
3.Good dust control. High Pressure Suspension Mill meets the requirement of national dust-dump standard.

 Working Principle

Inside the host of high pressure grinding mill, a high pressure spring with 1000-1000 kg pressure is tightened on roller hanger.

In the working process, grinder roll rotates around principal axis, and appresses the ring rolling under the effects of high pressure spring and centrifugal force so that its pressure is 1.2 times higher than that of Raymond mill under the condition of same power.

When the materials to be ground enter into grinding chamber, they are scooped up by shovel knife and sent between grinding roller and grinding ring for grinding, then powders are taken in analytical engine along with the recirculating air; qualified fine powders flow into whirlwind powder collector along with the gas and become finished product, meanwhile, large particle materials fall back for re-grinding.
