The Dingbo three-ring  micropower mill is for super-fine grinding materials with hardness less than 6 in Moh's scal and humidity less than 6% such as  kaolins, limestones, calcite, marbles, barites, gypsums, pyrophyllites, dolomites, calcium carbonates, pigments, clays, coals, activated carbons, feldspar, talcs, mica, carbon black, petroleum coke, alumina, chromic oxide, quartz, cements, up to 100 materials.
Meanwhile, micro powder can enlarge its application in other fields when ultrafine micro powder is modified. Besides, micro power can not only be used as excellent filling materials, but also improve products' performances such as strength, elasticity, abrasive resistance, high temperature resistance, aging resistance, radiation protection, which, in turn, reduces the cost of production.

Under the same final size and power, the product capacity of ultrafine mill is twice than jet mill and agitation mill.

The roller and ring are made of special material, which improve the grinding efficiency a lot. For same material and final size, the lifetime of its wearing parts can reach to more than one year, about 2-5 times as long as that of vertical shaft impact crusher and turbo-mill. Especially when handling calcium carbonate and calcite, the lifetime can reach 2-5 years.

There are no rolling bearings and bolts in grinding cavity, so problems caused by bolts shedding or wear of bearings and seal components will never happen.
4.High fineness of products
The product fineness can reach 5micron.

The application of pulse dust collector and muffler reduce the pollution and noise of the dust, which has reached national environment protection standard.
The fineness of for magnesite Powder Powder can be controlled between 325~2500 mesh /47-5micron.

Working principle of HGM Series Micro Powder Gring Mill:
HGM Series Micro Powder Gring Mill mainly consist of main unit, classifier, powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, muffler, sound-proof room, crusher, bucket elevator, storage hopper, and vibrating feeder.
The main bearing and each dial are driven by electromotor of main equipment through reducer, and numbers of ring and rolls which are rolling in the ring channels are driven by dial through plunger. After being crushed by hammer crusher, the big materials become small ones and they are sent to the storage bin by elevator. The electromagnetic vibrating feeder sends them to the edge of dial by centrifugal force, and ground by the grinding rings and rolls. Then the materials fall into the second and third ring and crushed and ground. The high pressure centrifugal blower inhales air from the outside and blow the materials which are ground in the third ring to powder Seperator. The rotating turbo in the powder Seperator makes the coarse materials return to the mill and reground, while the fineness mixes with the air and be drawn to the cyclone and be discharged from the discharging valve which is in the bottom of it. The air which mixed with very little fineness are purified by impulse dust catcher and discharged by blower and muffler.
