Limestone Mill
HGM series limestone mill is the new type mining equipment for making micro powders, fine powders, which is widely applied in the industries of metallurgy, mining, chemistry, cement, construction, refractory materials, ceramics, and so on.
Grinding materials of limestone mill:
The purpose of the limestone Mill is for super-fine grinding materials with hardness less than 6 in Moh's scale and humidity less than 6 percent such as kaolin, limestone, calcite, marble, talcum, barite, gypsum, dolomite, bentonite mud, mica, pyrophyllite, sepiolite, carbon black, diatomite, graphite, alunite, fluorite, potassium feldspar, phosphorite, pigment, up to 200 kinds. The granularity (or final size) of the finished products can be freely adjusted between 325-3000meshes (0.045-0.0057mm), and the capacity (ton/hour) ranges from 0.4T/H to 7.5T/H depending on the final size and the grinding materials
Main Components of HGM series carbon black mills:
HGM series carbon black mills mainly consist of main unit, classifier, dust cleaner, powder collector, blower, muffler, hammer crusher (can be replaced by jaw crusher), bucket elevator, sound-proof room, storage hopper, vibrating feeder and so on.
Working Principle of DingBo limestone Mills:
HGM Series Micro Powder Gring Mill mainly consist of main unit, classifier, powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, muffler, sound-proof room, crusher, bucket elevator, storage hopper, and vibrating
feeder.
The main bearing and each dial are driven by electromotor of main equipment through reducer, and numbers of ring and rolls which are rolling in the ring channels are driven by dial through plunger. After being crushed by hammer crusher, the big materials become small ones and they are sent to the storage bin by elevator. The electromagnetic vibrating feeder sends them to the edge of dial by centrifugal force, and ground by the grinding rings and rolls. Then the materials fall into the second and third ring and crushed and ground. The high pressure centrifugal blower inhales air from the outside and blow the materials which are ground in the third ring to powder Seperator. The rotating turbo in the powder Seperator makes the coarse materials return to the mill and reground, while the fineness mixes with the air and be drawn to the cyclone and be discharged from the discharging valve which is in the bottom of it. The air which mixed with very little fineness are purified by impulse dust catcher and discharged by blower and muffler.

1. The limestone mill is high efficient (twice as much as jet mill, mixing grinder and ball mill)
2. The spare parts of limestone mills can serve much longer time (2-3 times longer than that of impact mill or turbo mill.
3. High safety and reliability of the limestone mill (no rolling bearings and screws in the grinding cavity, so no problems caused by the wear of bearings or screws)
4. The limestone are characterized by high fineness (final size: 325-3000 mesh, D97< 5 micron)
