Product Description

VSI ( vertical shaft impact ) sand making machine is designed to incorporate three crushing types and change feeding methods, so it can be 
used as a sand making machine machine and a stone shapping machine. Moreover vsi sand making machine can be operated 720 hours 
continuously.
The machine can be widely used in metal and non-metallic minerals, building materials, sand making, crushing and shaping of all kinds of 
metallurgical slag. It is suitable for brittle materials with Mohs hardness under 9%, not suitable for viscous material and rock with much dirt.
Sand Crusher Machine Features:

Working principle:
Stone is crushed by hitting other stones. Material falls down to impeller cavity. Under great centrifugal force, it hits material that coming 
downwards. After hitting each other, they force a vortex between impeller and shell, and hit each other several tomes; Finally smaller stone comes 
out, and goes to vibrating screen. Satisfactory material is transported to sand washing machine; However overlarge material will go back to sand 
maker to be recrushed. Output sizes can be made according to customers requirement. If input size is larger than the designed size, other crushing 
equipment will be necessary.
